Christine Pivovar

Although raised in the Denver suburbs in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains, Christine is a Midwesterner at heart and by heritage. South Omaha is her ancestral home. She moved to Kansas City in 2010, where she quickly developed an appreciation for professional soccer and locally roasted coffee. She works in the Crossroads and contributes to the Kansas City Star as well as Squeezebox. Areas of expertise include college baseball and sticking up for James Joyce in literary debates.
