Another reinforced concrete structure ala local architect John McKecknie, the Sullivanesque-style building housed one of the country’s largest retail and office supply companyies. Acquiring a ninety-nine year lease on the land, the Burnap Stationary Company erected a new facility for warehousing and printing. However, the company’s incredible success forced them out of the Burnap Building just 15 years later, to a larger facility on McGee Street in 1925.
